i hate it.It looks messy, the massing is hulking and I'm tired of the rehashing of the same architectural motifs (in this case it's the L pattern in white).

So everything on that East portion of that block save for the Starbucks on the South East corner?

Grrr. Really? Thats way too tall IMO

To be fair though, most of it appears to be a sea of surface parking lots currently.

It's all a sea of parking since I first shot it when there was an LBCO there. They tore haft it down to add more space for parking.

There are 3? houses on Millwood and there is only 2 address for them, not 3. Wondering how they plan to fit these homes into this development??

The 2 addresses on Millwood appear to be boarded up single homes from a bygone era via using Google Street View.

That correct, but there should be 3 there. They are part of the main site I saw back in 2011 and can't be torn down from what I was told back then.
