That's why they call it "The One" because when they started, there were no other buildings. It’s taking so long they didn’t have colour photography when they first started.

Could those be the 308 and 338 metre versionsFound these renderings on mizrahidevelopments instagram page. 1BW looks quite different in each of these.

Possibly, but the indentations at the service floors seem more pronounced on one of them.Could those be the 308 and 338 metre versions
8 floors added.Found these renderings on mizrahidevelopments instagram page. 1BW looks quite different in each of these.

The first picture is an older rendering that has 4 hangar sections between the service levels. They updated that to have only 3 hangar sections between the service levels.Found these renderings on mizrahidevelopments instagram page. 1BW looks quite different in each of these.

I really hope not, I remember a couple years back they previewed exterior materials and it looked like high quality glass.
Interesting! Do you happen to know what the height limits would be for window wall? The first hangar section has double height 6m ceilings, but as we get to the hotel rooms and condo section, the height reduces to 3m per floor. Would that affect the glazing system being used?Yeah, I'm not worried about it. Window wall systems only work to a certain height which this project far exceeds. So unless Sam is going to pull an Aura and split it into window wall and curtain wall sections (doubtful), I wouldn't put too much stock in the cladding in those renders.
