I'm liking the podium's new industrial aesthetic on the south end. It looks big city...in a way. That being said, I'm not sure what else to comment on. Hopefully this thing will rise faster come the next testament in the Bible.

Interesting to note the ‘Coming Winter 2023‘ tagline at the end of the video. Clearly a date not realistic for the residential portion, which makes me presume it refers to an anticipated soft opening for the retail component.
