Im sure they do. I dont understand the negativity in this thread regarding this building.

Considering it is well under construction, I would imagine that they do. I can't imagine they would have gotten this far paying their contractors IOUs.

The reason there is doubt is because the developer has never done anything more than a small mid-rise building before. People doubt that the company has the financial might to arrange financing and successfully market and construct one of the most complex projects in the city. A few users in particular seem to have a near fanatic interest in advertising this fact.
So far though, there seems to be no indication that it isn't getting built. until further notice, it's full steam ahead.

Bloor just west of Yonge is closed now again. The large crane is on Bloor West and flatbed trucks are starting to arrive on site.
