This building looks like it will be able to withstand a nuke being dropped on it with the amount of rebar and concrete! It's a bloody fortress lol

I remember hearing/reading a quote from Sam Mizrahi saying this building is engineered (twice?) as strong as your standard tower. For what that's worth. We'll likely see the structure lighten up a bit as we move up, but yes there is an impressive amount of material being built into this.

Publicly accessible Hotel/Restaurant entry lobby. The residents of the condo will also be using this area to access the condo lobby.

Looks like we might get all the walls and columns on this floor poured at once. I think with that much rebar sectioning the forming off vertically would be a fairly labour intensive activity. Looking forward to the pour.
