The original builder opted for the more efficient shoring system, whilst the neighboring site opted for the more cost-effective, faster option.That's what happens when the original builder goes bankrupt.
Not that i'm complaining, i'm in no rush to see another garbage project built by Pemberton to be completed.I think we're getting to the point where CentreCourt could have built an entire building faster than Pemberton can get a building to grade.
