I know we're still like three or four weeks from ground level but as 11yv has gotten closer to topping out this project depresses me more and more because the difference in the two will be very noticeable and this coming from somebody who very much thought that project wasn't going to turn out that well it's one of the nicer buildings that have been built this year and now it's going to get stuck with this in front of it

Imagine someone buying this in 2021 and won't be able to take occupancy until 2029. All of a sudden that $2000/sqft pricing doesn't seem so bad now. :)
Hope they do a good job on the interior of the unit (and really, they should just stop using the cheapest paint possible, a bucket of high quality paint literally cost nothing lol).
