I hope this sets a precedent. It's amazing what an upgraded public realm can inspire.

Ground floor in that last shot looks so much better. Now we just need some good restaurants in there. The patio space in particular would be really great, should something nice move in.
 
Hopefully they also allow better signage than what was there before for the businesses along that lower level as well.
 
Got this notice in the door.. what should I answer?

I personally preferred how it looked right before the vertical panels were added. I would vote no, though I'm sure a few others here may disagree.
 
Why are they asking? If they get a lot of no votes, will they take them down? Or more likely, will they cancel plans to install them on the second tower? Won't it look rather unbalanced if they do that?
 
Please vote No. Was in town last weekend for quick visit, and they looked rather tacky. The other horizontal red panels looked fine.
