A nice glass box but a glass box nonetheless. Wish the podium retained some of the old office building to add materiality and as an homage to what was there before.

The engineering aspect alone makes this a really cool building to me. I'd imagine that ate up a good chunk of the design budget, so even a nice glass box is a big win here.

Not to mention it went about its construction business cleanly, timely and without drama. Excellent job and a very nice result.
