There were six levels of underground parking in the initial proposal.

So I think six storeys under would seem a reasonable guess.

Roughly 8.5km

Came downtown, grabbed lunch at Black Camel (A beef brisket w/caramelized onion sandwich), ate it in Ramsden Park, then walked north to capture 1140 and James at Scrivener...........;
before heading south again, zig-zagging from Bay to almost Parliament, down to the waterfront and then back to Union Station.

Took me about 2.5 hours.
