Minto never uses curtainwall, especially on a project this tall.

Sales for the Saint condos to launch on Oct 29th. Looks like this is 47 storeys with 416 units in total.

 
Article also mentions a move to Wallman. Unclear if it's just the amenity (which would be weird), or the whole building (far more likely).
 
Not surprising, since they do have an established relationship with Wallman for projects such as Minto30Roe and Minto Westside.
