Forgot to post this Oct 31 shot. Drove by there today and the fencing is down and the first floor of the building on the left appears to have some occupancy. Building on the right still has fencing around it.

Townhouses at the rear are still under construction but the Lakeshore-facing buildings appear occupied and complete

Not a great shot from the other day but it does show the townhouses are all fully framed and just about enclosed.
