when all the north side development and the new south side sidewalk on Front street when the new Metrolinx/Go station gets built

I'm sort of most interested in the Wellington Street side. Was a minor gem of a street... now Tridel terraced (not quite affordable lol) renders have been posted. Seems reasonably scaled but Wellington wasn't known for its Drug Marts or other mega brands. There should be some slices at grade to allow for some hope of independent retail... dreaming I know.

Based on a SF/person calculation of 105-150, you can expect between 7,500 and 10,500 employees to call the Well home!

On another note...I can't wait to see the materials here! Terracotta, brick, granite, and the glass is vastly curtain wall where there aren't balconies - I think it's going to look fantastic.

Fast best guess....200- 250....forming, electrical, plumbing and mechanical rough in are the main trades on site at the moment.

This info about the lower level market hall from the CBRE marketing brochure was new to me:

• The Market will comprise of:
• 80,000 sq. ft.
• +/- 50 fresh food vendors
• 20 prepared food kiosks
• +/- 850 seats
• The entire market will be liquor licensed with a capacity for 3,400 people and will operate extended hours into the evenings
• There will be “activation space” embedded into the market to allow for events, concerts, comedy shows and other activities that will draw people to the market
• The market will abut a 10,000 sq. ft. purpose-built event venue
