I havent even seen this come to fruition, but I already wish that the RioCan purchased another massive site in the downtown and created a 'Well 2 '

The huge expanse where Pemberton is creating the hulking waste of mass they like to call Time and Space Condos would have been an excellent candidate.

One more thing I noticed in that flyer that @smably posted is the reference to having a Cinema in a few pictures!
Of course this doesn't mean that there is a Cinema coming here for sure but it means that the buildings can be configured to hold one and or they can be made to fit a cinema!
