A lot to love here but that's an absolute correct statement. Both this and Mirvish Village could've benefited from some cladding—even more so at that development cause those columns look rough.

First time using CapCut Desktop film editing. (Free version)
Am using a GoPro 11

I had two security guards check on me throughout my venture. (No interactions.)

First blush... WOW.

I just had to go see the space for myself!

The space is overall really warm and inviting, even in an unfinished state.

The wood detailing is the best part by far, the natural colour looks so good.

I'm curious if the bridge under lighting is still happening. I'm assuming the lighting isn't fully finished yet as some areas do feel a little dark, though that cozy factor is actually quite refreshing.

Either way the finished bridges look great!

Part 2

The canopy just begs for a wide angle lens!

The stair rails seem to have under lighting, I checked!

I don't think I've seen many photos with sunlight yet, let me say the lighting playing down the surfaces is next level. Tried to highlight it in my photos.

Also for those concerned about rain leakage, this should give a good idea there's not really any space for major leakage.

I spy some rentals!

Those viewing nooks will be a great vantage.

The Well is coming together beautifully!
I’m wondering why some of the glass panels in the canopy have an additional frame around it. Will these be operable or have some embedded lighting elements?

Retailers starting to advertise. Here is Mandy’s Gourmet Salads at 435 Wellington. Great corner location. I actually used the BMO location twice this week.

11+ years in the making after an initial farcical meeting with Mattamy. The Well is going to be better than expected.

Overall I think this looks fantastic — I mean, for a shopping mall — but I get a bit annoyed every time I look at all these plastic drain pipes. I’m no expert, but could that really have been the only solution?
