...but it hasn't been updated for awhile.
 
Why to let cars being parked in that street is beyond me. The new office building to the south has a huge underground parking totally empty. The Well the same thing with six parking levels. Crazy!
 
The Draper Street residents were involved in the master planning of The Well as a productive, collaborative entity.

They could have caused a lot of problems as a heritage Neighbourhoods strip right beside the development. Instead they collaborated and shaped the proposal in a way that was mutually acceptable.

They really did endure almost a decade of construction hell right next door.

One of the Section 37 deliverables was a new streetscape for Draper Street once the project was completed. Another promise was that their existing street parking wouldn't be taken away.

Both fair and being honoured.
