It astounds me that the west portion of the site is now finally being covered with the lowest basement floor while the tower is now over 10 stories. The site is monstrous. Such a joy to watch this one unfold!
 
A copy of one of Red Mars' photos from the above post, to point out a couple of signs of progress:

1. The double external construction hoist has now been installed on the west wall of the office tower, it can be seen behind the orange crane between the two most southerly columns of the main part of the building, and at the lower floors, just to the left of the name 'AMHERST' on the portable concrete pump boom. While not visible in the photo, both construction hoist cages were in use on Tuesday, December 17

2. The blue Kilmer scaffolding system for installation of the building envelope is starting to be set up - it is on the north side of the west wall, and along the west side of the north wall. So hopefully we will start to see some glazing soon.
