Florian looks like a render in most of those picture. I hope this project meets the same quality standards as their neighbour. With the gold glass, I am hopeful.

The building looks stunning except for the roofline. I would have thought they could have hid the mechanical box a little better than the old right-angle wrap-around....

I think the right-ange frame around the mechanical penthouse will look sharp. Mechanical penthouses don't have to be hidden, but they should be integrated into the architecture. 32 Davenport does that.
