The six of them will become 4-storey live/work townhomes, the half-flight down being built as the workspace.

Judging from the render it will be used for the gap toothed section between the podium and tower (11-13th floors)

The towers , worst case scenario, should have black spandrel that at least matches the mullions and wont be too noticeable from the ground.

I love how when we're seeing great pictures like this 1, you've taken how other projects appear in the background. There are always even more towers going up close by. Bonus!

I think development is going to come out real nice. I love the way the brick precast and the flat dark chocolate brown facade cladding blends in with the Victorian homes.
