In order to appreciate this building, one must be at ground level or across the street at David Pecaut Square — well done!
 
I'm quite familiar with one of the units in particular, and it looks spectacular. Its owners have superb taste, so that's important in regards to the finishes, but their unit already has great bones.

I'm not sure about the wide steel bench. I get that it goes with the stylized-tree-water-feature, but I would rather have seen wood to sit on here:

I would have preferred the water feature thing to go down lower, as it looks forced. But I do really like the trees planted in the forecourt there.
 
I'm hoping the fence around the restaurant patio will mirror the construction of the "row of trees".
