As someone who viewed units at this building, it looks a heck of a lot better from the outside, that's for sure.

I'm quite familiar with one of the units in particular, and it looks spectacular. Its owners have superb taste, so that's important in regards to the finishes, but their unit already has great bones.

Here's the latest on the public realm at Theatre Park.

I'm not sure about the wide steel bench. I get that it goes with the stylized-tree-water-feature, but I would rather have seen wood to sit on here:

I would have preferred the water feature thing to go down lower, as it looks forced. But I do really like the trees planted in the forecourt there.
