Is that thing a water feature? It certainly doesn't look good! It looks like the base of some art piece that's unfinished. It does nothing for the public space.
I'm surprised its not leased already. It makes a great restaurant due to its location and with the outdoor space.
Maybe they are looking for the "right" tenant? Also, I'm guessing the space ain't cheap.
A bank can always afford it *ducks*.

Well then that's just embarrassing on the city's behalf.To be fair, they seem to have went through the right procedures - the city on the other hand seem to be the ones whose left hand didn't talk to the right.
