Amazing to see what's planned for the area when it's all put together. I think Vaughan may want to consider Highway Deck Park over the 400 to knit to east and west sides together sometime in the 2050s!

Given the 400 is an MTO property and the struggles municipalities have getting bike lanes on interchange bridges, yet alone decked parks… good luck!

Ehhh, pull a Richard (M) Daley; build it secretly offsite, tether it to 800 helicopters and lower it into place some night, then let MTO deal with the fait accompli. I mean, you could built a Centennial Park-style ski hill over the highest ramps, it'd be great for the kids.
