By far Streetcar's nicest looking project. This one has really flown by. If only all projects could progress this quickly.

With most of 8 Gladstone torn down, we can see the north end now.

It will be nice to see the hording come down and have a clear look what the grade level looks like.

This project is better than the Corktown ones so far.

This is one of my fav projects in the City and actually looks better in real life (rather than photos).
Wonder what type of retail will go in the main floor? My guess: Shawarma! lol
 
8 Gladstone will take a little longer as the excavation cannot start until the 2 Gladstone elevator is down. Move in date would mid/fall 2014.

I would say there was a 2 month delay on this project and that was at the beginning. Otherwise, it flew as noted above.

If Streetcar buys the whole block, the whole block will be done by 2018, depending on what happens with 11 Peel.

There are a number of things stopping building going up this fast and height & size is the main one.
