The Corten steel cladding looks interesting but anticlimactic. I remember when they were considering what to do with this wall and there were suggestions of a wall water feature or public art--both of which would do more for the streetscape than this blank wall.

25 December 2012: Not impressed--garbage everywhere, poorly constructed, graffiti and generally looks like a cheap apartment building, without the maintenance staff a renting building has:
