I've seen it too, it might barely be visible from Bay but to see it up close you need to walk around to the backside of the church. The last time I was there it was just the bottom course of stone.

Nope, you gotta go in deep. It's in the courtyard area between the chapel and Brennan Hall, on the southwest corner of the site.

The scale of the townhomes makes sense now that you can see their concrete shell: It's going to continue the intimate courtyard vibe of the campus.

Well, they kind of make sense. There's a tower directly abutting the green space on the west side of the project, and then there's a row of townhomes facing Bay. It's like they had the site plan upside down or something.
