not a fan of that base in the last pic, other than that great project.
 
I am honestly curious as to how the cladding will age and stain over time.

Perhaps a look at our rapidly depleting stock of 60s/70s office buildings will give one hints. Before restoration and renovation work on McDonald Block began it still looked better than 90% of what got built in the decades that followed. This will fade, deteriorate, discolour over time but nothing a periodic power wash or restoration 50 years from now can't fix.

Our weather and seasons are harsh taskmasters...though I am sure (hopefully) that those that have designed and built this have taken that into consideration.

I love it. It's got a groovy sixties/seventies feel to it. That brutalish vibe makes it seem optimistic and aggressively gloomy at the same time. I sort of wish they had the courage to avoid the all glass curtain wall - it makes it look like there's a generic suburban office building hiding inside of Robocop's OCP headquarters. But I recognize that glass curtain wall just means "expensive" nowadays.
