The U of T will likely be redeveloping the western ⅔ of the site in then not-too-distant future

It would be great if the Kirby and the Pokémon mural could be preserved (if legally possible of course, as Nintendo co-owns the individual characters depicted with HAL Laboratory (Kirby) and the Pokémon Company (the individual Pokémon), not the University of Toronto nor the artist who painted it).
