It's been just over a week since the last photo and PDI has made some decent progress on the demolition. The bridge is now entirely disconnected from DC with the first span entirely removed, the first red support column has also been removed I just don't have a picture of it. Over the last couple of days they have been working on disconnecting the bridge from MC. The bridge connecting to M3 has also had all of its cladding removed over the last couple of days all that is left is the main supporting beams between the support columns, I unfortunately don't have a photo of this.

The PDI crew is also a great group of workers, a couple close friends of mine approached them and asked if they could have some of the demolished bridge which the PDI crew was happy to do for them. Here's a picture of those two pieces that PDI gave them.

The bridge was mostly gone around noon today, on Monday they took down what was left of the M3 bridge with the support columns being removed Wednesday, this morning all that was left was the center span of the MC/DC bridge which should be completely gone by the end of the day tomorrow. They have also built two rooms inside of the DC lobby next to both the Tim Hortons and the DC Library, I have no idea what it is for but it's somehow related to M4 since someone from Gillam was talking with the crews building the rooms.
