No. Nordstrom had 3 floors that were not and are not BMO.

That box is still open for discussion.

BMO took the space above Nordstrom (former Sears/Eatons)

...so from bottom left to top left: Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3. And thus from west to east, three residential towers and one office tower. The current DB as two residential towers and two office towers going in the same direction.

Yeah, I was little confused as to what was going on here at first...but it's obviously clear now Oxford P very much revised this project for the current market climate if it holds out. And for what that's all worth here.
 
Is there zero intention to fill in the space between the Dome and this development, over the existing tracks? I was hoping that would still be a part of this.

The process of decking over this section of the tracks is incredibly complex - and could take years - similarly with the project to the west.
It looks to be all gone now.
