The only initial low prices were VIP first sales for a few weeks when I bought plus only a few units they were sellings/ available ..

I purchased a unit in Dec 2018. I didn't know a discuss thread on on project updates (more like no updates) exists, I found about about this group after reading this article in CBC.

Looks like other project across the street is frozen from the lawsuit against the land

Thank you to the ones who reached out to the media! Now that the article is out, it can only help us from now on out since I don’t believe they will complete the project either.
