even if its only $50k extra .. tink about the quality they will deliver? you will endup spending another $50k = $100K..!!
That's why I'm targeting 50k and budgeting another 50k incase of poor finishing. I'll be at $600k total. But won't consider any above 50k extra.
 
Yeah, checked my docs. Dev charges capped at 5k....still I might as well walk away depending on how far the new occupancy date and other factors
Great.. lots of buyers in uptowns did not consult a lawyer with their purchase thus did not cap their charges ..could be nailed up to $50K,
 
I have those same!! I guess we should be hearing something before july 30? I am not sure if these dates matter when the project in receivership?
Where did you get your occupancy date from? E mail or mail? We have no date that I recall, dont hold your breath for some news by July 30….hurry it up we want our $$$$ back

Same dates. So we will get some update in a week. at least saying that they can't complete by October. ;)

They have to provide some update by July 30. Otherwise October 28 will become firm occupancy date (as per contract).
