They aren't holding our deposits....they said we would have to make a claim through Tarion to get back our deposit
Srlaw practice said deposits were moved to KSV and we should be contacting ksv, condo purchases are held in trust , Tarion only covers a limited amt.

The KSV lawyer said they don't have the deposits and the home buyers would have to make a claim through Tarion. They said Tarion should refund the full amount and to reach out to KSV to discuss if you will be receiving interest

Did you ask SR Law specifically or was this mentioned in some KSV documentation? I remember SR reaching out in March regarding the T3 filing for tax purposes, meaning they had this money on them at least until this point.
