I can't wait until this tops out, just because it's going to be horrifyingly ugly. The precast and spandrel is already awful, imagine that rooftop all salmon-pink...

This. The new code basically mandates similar cladding principles. Those of you who have been bellyaching about "glass boxes" should be happy, you will be seeing a lot more "spandrel boxes" instead.
