Classy appropriate development for a struggling area of the downtown. Course, that's just, like, my opinion.
 
This site almost acts as a downtown marker on its eastern most edge. It will be the first building of substantial height after crossing the Don Valley.
 
This stretch of Bloor near Parliament is pretty rough, so I feel as though this will be a positive addition.

In that description above, they're not counting the fact that the penthouses are all two storeys. The dataBase has the correct number of storeys (and the correct height in feet for both towers) unless something has changed recently, which I do not believe it has.

Poor = struggling? There is a high level of tenancy here. I usually view "struggling" as high vacancy and abandonment.

yea I just cant see clothing retail here. Unless it's an extension of lame european clothiers and old lady boutiques like you find on st clair west or the danforth.
