Concrete for 7th floor is completed. 5 more floors to go, I think that by mid-November the concrete should be finished

Maybe it's just me but I love this photo ... it's great!
I think it would make a great banner
I see one more parking lot right off spadina that has to go - maybe along with the backpackers building (is that stil a hotel), it's pretty run down.

Window cladding has started on the 2nd floor. the frame is dark gray to the exterior and light gray to the interior. I will try to upload a picture later today, it looks good

the charcoal opera house brick is laid on the ground floor on the north side, looks good too

This project is amazing! I like the location, architecture, suite layouts, finishes. I really regret not buying a place in here to live. I'm really looking forward to how it's going to look when it's finished.

Am I missing something? Based on the model, 12th floor penthouses are only suppose to have rooftop patios and no balconies. Unless I've miscounted the floors, it looks like that's no longer the case. I noticed them pouring balconies for the penthouse units on the North side.
