The old rendering looked too much like the acclaimed Student Learning Centre on Gould Street, can't be having that. Instead, Brampton office park is better suited for our waterfront.

Am socked that Mars as few years ago lot of ppl on this site were criticizing them for lack of occupancy on university building and now this renting space as they're out of space on their own building on University/college? just wondering if this is the same institution Mars..thank you...
The G&M mention of 'second site' is a clue and their TGH site is now apparently fully occupied - with a waiting list. The Ontario government was wise to lend them additional $$ to buy-out their private partner (Alexandria Real Estate) during the 2008-2010 'recession' and move ahead with building Tower 2 (corner of University/College.) The government loan has now all (?) been repaid.
