Is there any hope that the piers / boat slips in the original building renders will be built?

There is always hope but the piers are a WT project and probably quite far down in their priorities. (And mine, for what that's worth :->)

A look at one of Alice Aycock's sculptures from 'A Series of Whirlpool Field Manoeuvres for Pier 27' with shadow of the Waterlink skybridge in the foreground. Shot last Saturday after attending Smorgasburg Street Food Fest at the Yonge St. slip.
