Yeah the food mix here is going to be crucial to making it work. I really hope it's a combo of upscale and accessible options. My worst fear is this is going to turn into a real estate bro cocktail bar.
The previous building on the site, the St. Andrew's Market (demolished in 1930) was exactly that:St. Lawrence Market West!
nope, it is not part of the project. see the attached diagram, the east part(white) is "Eva's Phoenix", as quoted on the official website:The brick on the eastern part of the heritage building doesn't seem to have been cleaned. I wonder why. Is it not part of the Waterworks project?
