I'm nearly sorry there's going to be a basement in there: that's an amazing space at that height! But hey, it's still going to be pretty great anyway - this should be a major win for this area of town, and I can't wait to see what it's like in operation in a couple of years with an expanded park to the south too!

Yeah, that would be a killer gallery/event space. Something of a monumental feeling to it. Like a smaller-scaled version of the interior of the Hearn.
