BTW, they're talking to the Joey's and Earl's people. Nothing signed yet. There are a number of spots available beyond the two banks, Metro, and Shoppers that have been announced so far, so it won't all be banks. There are many, many more stores coming to the area in the future in other developments, so don't worry about a couple of banks here.
All directions mentioned below are somewhat off of actual. Park Lawn and Lake Shore don't meet each other at the cardinal points of the compass, but I'm using them as if Park Lawn were a north-south street here and Lake Shore were an east-west one, as that's how people generally think of them.
