I think that it looks sharp. But I don't see any street level units for a cafe? Don't people in North York drink coffee?
 
Taken 11 August. Hard to tell from pic but there are retail/live-work units all along the base with no vacancies. But no café! lol
I will say that there is a lot of interesting retail just to the east along Sheppard.
