Hi All, I heard from my friend, this project will start occupancy within this year. He told me that Firm Occupancy letter just received today. anyone receive letter as well? thx

Great updates! I passed by this site two weeks ago and was underwhelmed by the activities in the retail along Sheppard West! Hopefully this building will boost the population enough for food/beverage places to be viable, starting with an independent coffee shop! Lol
