It has Been tore down.. this makes me sad in a way... my father was the owner who was killed there in 2018

Just curious if anyone has any information about this plot of land and what is proposed here. It is currently just a large field of dirt with a mound of dirt. Do we know who owns it? It’s currently not listed for sale or rent. There’s no development applications and no lobbyist registrations I can find. Would be curious if anyone has any insight?

Came across a thesis written by an architectural student on this property, and he appears to have included plans by the property owner for the site, which are not available on the city's development application site. Not sure how up to date they are, but thought I'd share here:.
