Basically, they want to switch the the portions of each office floor to live work units for the areas that face Yonge and Soudan, about 800 sq m worth of each floor, while another 800 sq m in the northeast corner of each podium floor would remain as standard office space.At some point, @Art Tsai will report on the changes proposed here..............

Don't know why more of these changes (from office use to whatever) are not being proposed for sites that previously had office buildings. With office attendance back to only slightly more than 50% of pre pandemic levels and unlikely to get significantly better, especially for anything below Class A office space with enticing amenities, the city should be encouraging and fast tracking rezoning for many of these Class B and lower office buildings.The total unit changed from 335 units to 380 units. The total bike parking changed from 445 bike parking to 482 bike parking.
