Has there been a single decent Graziani - Corazza? It seems like everything they produce is a hot hot mess.

I like the simplicity of Lago. It's still got the alternating black and white sections as an architectural gesture, but it's otherwise restrained… although its podium suffers somewhat from cramming townhomes onto the site, but that's more of a planning thing.
