Exactly! Looking for a lake view from College or something doesn't make much sense.

why they suddenly changed the name of the project, from 460 yonge to yc condos.

I believe the thread was named 460 College Street because that's the address. Once the project was launched and the official title was announced, the thread got renamed as well.

YC condo doesn't sound like a smart and sophisticated condo name IMO. With the L tower, E condo, B street, X condos, why just call it C condo?

Any word regarding sales? All I heard was hype hype hype last weekend about this project and now gossip has gone quiet. Did they really manage to sell 70% or more of this building in a week like what was being talked about?
