There is a floor with much higher slab separation (ceiling height) about 4 floors from the top. Not quite sure what that's there for...

There's a mid-level mechanical room on that floor
 
Honestly y'all are so negative. Let's see what it looks like when it's done, then judge it.

A number of people have passed judgment on parts of the building that are essentially finished and look positively horrendous. It's fair to ask for overall judgment to be reserved until it's closer to completion, but some parts we know will not change are and will continue to be dreadful.
 
I wasn't too happy about the Oddfellows building addition at first, but now they can't build it fast enough.

I don't think it will be big enough to cover that wall though.
