As bad as the podium is ...

I drove past the building yesterday, and it is actually much less offensive in person. Still not good, but definitely much less offensive. The orange in particular could not look worse than it does in pictures, but it has a less tacky look in reality.
It'll be interesting to see it live and up close when it's completed and cleaned.

Anyone knows if this is occupied? I see lights in the tower at night, but the entrance on Yonge St is still fenced off, and I don’t see any other entrance.

I think so. The condo entrance is on Grenville St, I think Yonge St is the entrance for the offices in the podium. I saw people going into the Grenville entrance yesterday when I was walking past.

Might be the worst podium I’ve ever seen. Saw this in person yesterday and couldn’t believe how bad it looked with those crappy slider windows that they bought from Home Depot. This is what we got at Yonge and Carlton. Then the craptacular podium just a block south at Aura. Some builders need to be banned from building anything downtown.
