I passed by the site last Tuesday and didn't see anything happening.

I go by every morning. This Wednesday was the first morning I noticed there were no parked cars and the site looked completely fenced off. By Thursday morning, they were digging.

The name is not unknowing, however. It's a joke, it's crass, but with a wink and a smile, having some fun with its location. I don't get all the consternation it has caused.

I would not care if it were called "money condo" or "millionaire loft". Why it is important for some is beyond me. Calling it Balzac or Renoir makes zero difference.

Funny. Why some people don't care about names is beyond me. But if you'd really be happy to live in "Money Condo," good on you! I would find that unbelievably crass.
