Thought we'd be getting a bunch of masonry on the south face; will reserve judgment, but not loving the grey aluminum cladding at the moment.
 
Must every neighbourhood be grey in Toronto, even Yorkville?
YES, grey is Toronto's official colour and all buildings are required to conform to the plan! Conform or face the consequences!

It's not like the investors actually care what the buildings look like.
